Elyvia – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service
Elyvia provides companionship services only.
We do not provide personal care, medical care, or assistance with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, feeding, toileting, or medication management.
Our services are designed for individuals who can manage their own personal needs.
2. Bookings & Payment
Our standard hourly rate is £22 per hour, with package options available (see Services & Pricing).
Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or an agreed online method (e.g., Stripe).
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.
If Elyvia needs to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session.
Package bookings (e.g., 10-hour bundles) are non-refundable once started; however, sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
4. Outings & Costs
We are happy to accompany clients to outings, including shopping, cafés, cinema, theatre, or community events (normally up to 10pm).
Later finishes can be arranged if agreed in advance at the time of booking.
All additional costs, such as tickets, meals, transport, and entry fees, are the client’s responsibility.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection (GDPR)
Elyvia respects your privacy and keeps all personal information secure.
We only collect information necessary to provide companionship services.
Information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
You have the right to request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it, at any time.
6. Liability
Elyvia is fully insured for public liability.
While every effort is made to ensure safety and well-being, Elyvia cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen accidents or medical issues outside the scope of companionship.
