Cancellation Policy (48 Hours)
At Elyvia, we value both our clients’ time and our companions’ availability. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, we have a clear 48-hour cancellation policy.
Standard Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.
If Elyvia needs to cancel, clients will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled session at a convenient time.
Block & Package Bookings
Package bookings (such as 10-hour bundles) are non-refundable once started.
Sessions within a package can be rescheduled if 48 hours’ notice is given.
Outings & Special Events
For theatre trips, concerts, or other outings, cancellations must also follow the 48-hour policy.
Please note: Any tickets, meals, transport, or entry fees already purchased remain the client’s responsibility.
